Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it to Audys.com and request an exchange or refund.

Keep in mind that this process must be carried out within 7 days after receiving the product and is subject to the approval of the logistics area (which can take from 48 to 72 business hours).

 

How do I make a return?

To carry out the process:

1. Complete the returns form, login with your user, go to your Order History, select the order and click on the return button of the chosen product.

2. After completing the form we will contact you to evaluate the return.

3. Put the purchases you wish to return together, with the original content and packaging.             

Items must be returned in the same condition as new, with all its accessories and packaging. Damaged, dirty, dented, scratched or incomplete items may be denied a return or allowed a return with deductions for missing items.

If you received a discount or a free product when you bought several items together (packs, kits, special promotions, etc.), you will lose that benefit if you do not return all the items purchased.

 

Returns by courier service

Once the process has been accepted by the logistics area, place the product and its accessories in their original packaging within a shipping package, making sure to pack it correctly to avoid subsequent damage.

Add to this the commercial invoice, a merchandise return authorization and additional data provided by our team and proceed to send it to our store in Miami, FL

Shipping and additional costs are the responsibility of the customer, for which we recommend making the return through FedEX , since we are not responsible for lost merchandise and we can deny the return in these cases.

 

Returns in store

You can return any item purchased from our warehouse in Miami, FL. For faster return processing, complete the return form, and schedule a visit to the store with us, where you must take the product, its invoice, the means of payment used and a valid ID.

 

Refunds and exchanges

Once the merchandise is received, your refund or exchange will be processed in a period of up to 5 business days, in which, according to the conditions of the product, we can accept or reject the return.

- In cases of refund, if the return is accepted depending on the bank, it will be reflected in the next 14 days in your account.

- In cases of change, if the change is accepted, we will proceed to make a new shipment or schedule a new visit to our store to carry out the process.             

 

General conditions for returns

Restocking fee

All items have a restocking fee of 20% of their value. No restocking fee applies if the purchase or return occurs within the states of AL, CO, HI, IA, MS, OH, OK, SC and where prohibited by law.


Returns without proof of purchase

Refunds for returns that do not have proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state taxes or fees will not be refunded.

 

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you received a product that is damaged, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please go through the return process to evaluate its admission.

 

Non-returnable items / purchases

Non-returnable purchases include:

- Digital content;
- Prepaid cards (including gift cards);
- Gift packaging;
- Memberships;
- Subscriptions and digital services;
- Personalized services;
- Opened consumable items (including batteries, cleaners, oils, fuel, ink and 3D printer filament);
- Orders or personalized items, manufactured specifically for a purchase or customer.             

 

Important information

Shipping

Keep in mind that the shipping costs within the purchase are not refundable, so the return process will only consider the value of the product or purchase.
